Job Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Proactive and Team Player oriented Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills Good Command of English in Writing and Speaking Good knowledge in MS Power BI, and related MS technologies Good knowledge in using SQL & macros Good visualisation skills (dashboard and/ or graph designing) Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Minimum 3 months of Internship Duration
Job Functions:

Assist in developing standard HR analytic dashboards & supports HR in building custom reports Assist in summarizing analyses through professional looking charts shown in static report (Power Point) & interactive dashboards (Power BI) Assist in reviewing data provided & auditing the files for accuracy Assist in data mapping & transformation Assist in creating & maintaining continuous improvement actions Assist in reviewing & enhancing codes and data structure for more efficient work flow Assist in troubleshooting, monitor and solve problems regarding master data-related questions and concerns Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior/ HR Manager

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
