Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Data Analyst Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial in supporting our competitive strategy by gathering extensive market data to inform our salary benchmarking and compensation reports. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in data mining, digital research, and compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



Data Collection & Market Research:

Systematically search, collect, and compile salary data from a diverse range of online sources, including public job boards, company career pages, and industry-specific websites.

Job Posting & Data Crawling:

Efficiently search and extract relevant job descriptions, salary ranges, and compensation packages for key roles to build a robust database.

Data Entry and Integrity:

Accurately input, clean, and organize large datasets into Microsoft Excel or internal HR systems, ensuring data quality and integrity for analysis.

Reporting Support:

Assist the Compensation team in preparing preliminary reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, pivot tables) to highlight market trends and salary variances.

Document Management:

Maintain a clear, organized repository of all source websites, job postings, and raw data files.

Ad-Hoc Projects:

Support the wider HR team with various administrative tasks and data-focused projects as needed.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
