Xsolla is looking for a Data Analyst Team Lead that will be a part of the internal analytics department that helps different team to prepare analytics. \

Core Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Organizing the work of a team of analysts
• Planning and prioritization of tasks Building processes;
• Improvement of department performance;
• Regular preparation of analytics, reports, preparation of ad-hoc analytics, finding ways to improve analytics, ensure high quality of tasks
• Organize the department as a unified team with a high level of engagement, ensure the development of each employee, increasing the maturity level of analytics and the degree of its automation.
• Implementation of the department development strategy

Requirements

• Completed higher professional education.
• Experience in analytics from 3 years.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, experience in BI systems.
• Ability to work with information arrays, process and analyze numerical information.
• Knowledge of English at least at upper-intermediate level.
• Experience of managing a team
• Ability to plan the work (own and own subdivision);
