Job Title:

Data Analytic Associate

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using

Power BI

or other visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Looker). Apply advanced data visualization techniques to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities from complex datasets. Translate business requirements into meaningful and impactful data visualizations. Use custom scripting (SQL, Python, DAX) to create derived datasets that support analytics and reporting needs. Integrate and validate data from multiple systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy. Automate data refresh cycles and optimize dashboard performance for real-time or near-real-time analytics. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and developers to embed visual analytics into larger data products. Contribute to projects involving

Large Language Models (LLMs)

,

Generative AI

, or

prompt engineering

, where applicable. Follow governance standards and best practices for visualization design, documentation, and version control.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in data analytics, dashboard development, or business intelligence roles. Strong experience with

Power BI

or equivalent BI platforms (Tableau, Qlik, Looker), including data modeling and

DAX

. Proficiency in

SQL

and scripting languages such as

Python

for data transformation and automation. Experience in creating

custom datasets

via scripting and integrating them into dashboard solutions. Strong understanding of

data storytelling

, dashboard UX, and data visualization best practices. Exposure to

LLMs

or

AI/ML concepts

is a plus. Familiarity with

REST API integration

and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure) is an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
