About The Team

The most tech people of our Data & Consulting division, the title of \'Data engineer\' or \'Software engineer\' does not describe everything our amazing women and men can do: data engineering, operation management, security, cloud architecture, MLOps, and more.

You will work with the team to identify your clients\' needs and define innovative solutions of which you will be ownership from start to end. You manage both its conception and implementation, while also optimising the performance and scalability.

You will also coach others, keep abreast of industry news/updates and get stuck into training sessions with our business partners and suppliers, such as Ali Cloud & Azure & Amazon. You share your knowledge, learnings and success, with the capability of presenting and communicating.

About The Role

Key Areas of Responsibility

As a Data Analytic Manager, your role will encompass:

  • Conducting projects to accompany the transformation of your clients\' businesses through the effective collection, processing, and visualisation of data
  • Creating and implementing a tagging plan, using analytics tools according to the template and basic configuration
  • Extracting valuable insights from our clients\' marketing-related data sources.
  • Designing dashboards for marketing decision-making while taking into account the business needs
  • Responsible for turning raw data into valuable insights using relevant analytic tools.
  • Performing audit reports and creating web analysis studies (client journey, landing page, channels ROI) by defining and monitoring different KPIs and PIs
  • Monitoring different activities that can be impacted by web analytics (Activation, UX/CRO, tracking, trafficking).
  • Actively contributing to the expertise level and competencies of the Data & Analytics team

  • Working closely with your Consulting counterpart to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients and best understand their needs

Competences & Skills

With a minimum of 4 years of working experience in a data-driven working environment, you should have experience and knowledge in:
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Knowledge in working with a tagging plan, either by optimising an existing setup by solving problems and challenging existing tagging plan, or draft and set-up a tagging plan according to the template.
  • Experience in managing a small analytical team
  • Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager, Tag Commander, Tealium IQ Tag Management, Launch/DTM etc.
  • 1 or 2 programming languages among SQL, Python and/or R.
  • 1 or more Data visualisation tool (Tableau, Data Studio, Dataviz, R / Python dataviz libraries, ...)
  • Academic level of education (Bachelor or Master)
In addition, you have knowledge in one or more of the following technologies:
  • Google Cloud Platform resources (Big Query, Google Cloud Storage) or its equivalent in Azure or AWS
  • You know how to connect to an API through the knowledge of the different authentication method (OAuth, HTTP Basic, API key)
  • Advertising tool, linked to tracking and/or analytics in a marketing context (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DMP, DSP, Adservers, DV 360...)
  • ETL tool (Airflow, Dataiku, Dataflow, Dataprep...)
  • Web application (R-Shiny, Python Flask) that you have industrialized
