Job Position \xe2\x80\x93 SALES MANAGER ( KUALA LUMPUR )s

  • Candidate job and responsibilities include site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Traffic Counting System. Prior to shipment of the equipment, you are required to perform a complete in-house testing of equipments.
  • To supervise the work progress of project sites. This includes attending to site meeting, coordinating with appointed sub-contractors of various services to see to a smooth completion of projects.
  • Candidate will be assisting the Service Department in providing technical support to company\'s staff, customers and dealers. Candidate will also be required to carry out other duties and job tasks as may be instructed by the Manager or persons acting on behalf of the company.
  • Candidate may be assigned with other job duties and functions as may be instructed from time to time by your superior or the management.
  • To generate service revenue for Preventive Maintenance (PM), comprehensive service, Engineer call out time and spares replacement sales. To administer and update warranty claims.
  • Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair and trouble-shooting of equipment malfunction.
  • Occasional regional travelling is required, to assist our distributor with field service and Preventive Maintenance (PM).
  • Responsible for all projects, implementation, installation, testing & commissioning of the PCS system.
  • Responsible for all maintenance works and services within the malls maintenance
  • To ensure that products and services conform to customer\xe2\x80\x99s specifications, meeting delivery schedule, provide technical support and maintenance of systems.
  • To ensure proper and accurate records and documentations for the repair & servicing.
  • To manage all works by his sub-contractors for all ad-hoc services at site.
  • To assist in all areas related to product development.
  • To ensure smooth completion and handing over of project.
  • To ensure project are completed within schedule and budget.
Requirements
  • 5 years and above related work experience.
  • Sales & Technical Knowledge of CCTV experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related fields or equivalent.
  • Required to attend training/ other courses deceived by the company
