Identify and outline key features and functions across various digital platforms. Perform data analysis to generate insights and support strategic planning. Assist in developing and improving Service Scope, Operations, and Workflow (SSOW) documents. Research and evaluate analytical tools for possible implementation. Use data visualization methods to clearly present complex information

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Possess a pleasant personality, be people-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be passionate about the field. Have strong research and analytical abilities. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Strong time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to work with urgency when required. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks. Must be open to working on-site in Puchong, Selangor.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
