Data & Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Description
Gather, clean, and verify data from various sources to ensure reliability.
Manage databases and dashboards, keeping information accurate and up to date.
Design, update, and monitor reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Deliver regular insights on business and sales performance.
Handle ad-hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
Convert complex data into practical and actionable insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales and Finance) to provide analytical support.
Assist senior BI & Insights team members in preparing presentations for leadership.
Present results in a clear, structured, and visually compelling way.
Apply BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Excel) for effective reporting and visualization.
Contribute to improving workflows, reporting structures, and data systems to boost efficiency.
Keep abreast of new tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
To be successful in this role:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology or other related field.
2-3 years of working experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence in corporate company.
Hands-on experience in data collection, cleaning, validation, and management.
Proven track record in reporting, dashboard creation, and KPI tracking
. Proficient in complex formula combinations (Power Pivot/Power Query/XLOOKUP, etc.) Familiar with big data analysis, Power BI (compulsory) or SQL. Attention to details and good in analytical skills.For those who have what it takes, please apply online or send in your profile to:
