Key Qualifications
Experience
7+ years in engineering, including 5 years in data center or critical infrastructure commissioning, with 2+ years in leadership roles. Hands-on commissioning experience across electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, cooling, and backup power systems. Proven track record in leading teams and managing end-to-end commissioning projects.
Skills
Strong knowledge of construction, infrastructure systems design, and commissioning processes. Leadership, team management, and project delivery expertise. Skilled in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving. Proficient with commissioning software, project management, and reporting tools. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Certifications in commissioning/data center operations (e.g., LEED, CxA, BICSI) preferred.
