Experience:
7+ years of engineering experience with 5 years in data center commissioning or critical infrastructure commissioning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Extensive experience commissioning complex systems within data centers, including electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, cooling, and backup power systems. Proven ability to lead teams and manage commissioning projects from start to finish.Skills:
In-depth understanding of construction and data center infrastructure, systems design, and commissioning processes. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Proficient in the use of commissioning software, project management tools, and reporting systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in commissioning or data center operations (e.g., LEED, CxA, BICSI, or equivalent) are highly desirable.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
