Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Register customers and manage the exchange of access cards. Escort customers and assist with rack operations (open/close racks in JB1 & JB2). Handle customer material storage and ensure proper documentation. Apply for work permits and loading bay permits as required. Assist with customer equipment installation and removal. Communicate effectively with customers regarding operational needs. Provide 1st-level remote hands support. Handle RRF (Remote Request Form) tasks promptly. Manage delivery and receipt of items within the data centre. Conduct visual inspections inside the data hall and equipment racks. Provide support and maintain presence in the lobby area during VIP visits.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. Fresh graduate or not more than 2 years of experience of hands-on experience in data center operations and infrastructure management. Basic knowledge in data center technologies, including servers, networking, storage, and power distribution systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry best practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage time and resources effectively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
