Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
s:

• Oversees operations across multiple customer data center sites, focusing on driving cost savings and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Oversee and manage logistics operations to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and analyze the operation's profit and loss, implement business controls, and identify cost-saving opportunities while driving revenue growth.
• Collaborates with clients and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with policies and procedures, and the smooth flow of all inbound and outbound materials.
• Leads and develops team members, fulfilling supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Ensures information and knowledge resources are easily accessible and retrievable.
• Oversees the quality management system and drives continuous process improvement initiatives within the facility.
• To achieve and surpass customer-related metrics, including cost efficiency, quality, service levels, and supplier performance.
• To drives the implementation of strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ensures a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.
• Communicates and enforces company policies consistently across the team.
• Leads staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Fosters and maintains strong, positive relationships with customers to support long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5-6 years of experience in logistics operations management providing overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement in all phases of logistics solutions.
• MS Office proficient.
• Applicant with SAP knowledge is added advantage.
• Strong problem solving & negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills & organization leadership.
