Job Description

The Data Center Senior Project Manager is responsible for all phases of the project, from designing to implementing project plans to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

Lead assigned teams in the timely execution of project to delivery within budget with responsibility for high productivity and performance. Manage material and resources efficiently and ensure profitability of assigned project/s. Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and solutions as required on project. Ensure high safety and quality standards are met. Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Strong ability in project management and driving profitability and satisfactory while remaining in compliance with safety and quality standards. Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure project plans are implemented on a timely, efficient and effective basis.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil, electrical or mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. 5 years' experience in Data Center projects. Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design, MEP and Contracts Management. Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects completion. Mandarin / English speaker PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage Data center Project experiences > 10MW IT load capacity
Technical Competencies

Project Management (Client Requirement, Resources Planning, Manage Execution, Monitoring & Controlling) Management of Safety, Risk Mitigation, Regulatory and Quality. Leadership (Critical Thinking, Decision Making, Communication, Facilitation and Conflict Resolution).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
