MohonKelayakan24*7 and 5*8 Shift Data Center Operations Technician from junior to senior level working at the client\'s site.ResponsibilitiesHardware Support - Installations, Move, Add, ChangeDecommission of IT equipment (networks, servers, networks, storage, backup devices)Media management - HDD/SSD Destruction and DisposalsConnect and disconnect patch cables to equipment in DCServer Hardware break fix support - Installation of parts, reseat module, SFP module replacement including HDD / Memory / Mainboard, etc.Regular physical / visual inspection equipment and data center operations facilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide onsite support during scheduled maintenance / change events \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting of issues for IT and network related equipmentInventory management of RMA, cold spares, equipment and toolsVendor Management - Coordination, Vendor Escort / SupervisionDC Access Request ManagementPOP Site operations support and standbyProvide regular reporting on progress as required (move, change, support request and change) and develop continuously improvement capabilitiesProvide after business hours support based on on-call schedule and shift work when requiredAny other duties as assignedTanggungjawab

• Install, move, add, change hardware
• Decommission IT equipment
• Manage media, including HDD/SSD destruction
• Connect/disconnect patch cables
• Perform server hardware break/fix support
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
• Provide onsite support during maintenance/change events
• Troubleshoot IT and network issues
• Manage inventory of RMA, cold spares, equipment, and tools
• Coordinate and supervise vendors
• Manage DC access requests
• Support POP site operations and standby
• Report progress and develop improvement capabilities
• Provide after-hours support as needed
• Perform other assigned duties
