Job Responsibilities
- Proper execution of daily jobs, instructions as stated in the daily job sheets and DC Job Request form or other tasks under the supervision of Shift Leader
- Be aware of Data Center\xe2\x80\x99s (DC) commitment to service availability to end-users.
- Proper execution of daily jobs, instructions as stated in the daily job sheets and DC Job Request form
- Perform report distribution according to Report Distribution assigned in the system
- As directed by Shift Leader, raise incident logs immediately and communicate via the prescribed escalation list. Follow through with the respective support team for timely resolution of production incidents.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of DC
- Punctuality in attendance to avoid impacting shift operations
- To handle any other duties as assigned by the SE or Head of DC from times to times
