Data Engineer (Informatica, Hadoop, Oracle)

Tenure: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end-to-end software delivery in the data analytics domain. This includes requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation & production support in Finance & Risk Analytics

Key responsibilities include:

Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to solution design documents; Communicate complex technical issues to business users in a language they understand Perform detailed estimation of projects and change requests Review test strategy and functional test cases created by testing team Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep

Functional Skillsets

Data Lake(Hadoop), EDW(Teradata), Data Mart, Data Integration & Visualisation Hands-on experience in implementing large scale data warehouse & analytics platforms in financial services industry with good functional knowledge of products & services offered in Retail bank / Wholesale / Global Markets covering some of the following analytics domains: Experience in Data profiling, Data modeling (FSLDM, Dimensional), Data mapping, Data governance & security, Data visualization & Reporting Finance Analytics - Financial Reconciliation, Allocation, Performance Management & Regulatory Reporting Credit Risk Analytics - Credit Risk Exposure, NPL, Counterparty Risk, Input variables for Basel & IFRS9

Technical skillsets

At least, 2 technical certifications in any of the below technologies:

Informatica Data Integration - PC, IDR, BDM, MM, IDQ Oracle/ Teradata - Bteq, GCFR, MDM AS 400 Cloudera Hadoop distribution - Hive, Impala, Spark Data modelling tools (Erwin)
Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
