Xsolla is currently seeking a highly adaptable and fast-learning Data Engineer. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an enterprise data model Implementation and support of the company\'s data governance processes. Design of new and support of existing data services for aggregation, mapping, cleaning of large (1+e9) datasets. Responsibilities include supporting and developing REST API data schemas, data processing flows (Data Workflow), and statistical analysis software modules. Development of statistical analysis software modules, support of other research areas of the project, including statistical analysis, analysis/review of solutions, as needed. Designing databases and data flows, data management systems. Development of recommendation systems. Development of accompanying documentation for the software being developed. Requirements Master or bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, data mining, process mining, machine learning, data science or related fields. 2 years of Data Engineering experience Ability to work in a close collaboration and interdisciplinary environment. Excellent programming skills in Python or GO Experience in developing machine learning models Rest API development experience Total Software Engineering experience of 3 years NICE TO HAVE Knowledge of methods and tools for processing large amounts of data and tools for implementing Data Pipelines (VAEX, Dask) Knowledge of the data flow processing manager (Prefect) PhD degree in Engineering or computer science Experience as an architect in enterprise project Experience in the development of AB testing systems and metric calculation systems in industrial projects. Experience in industrial development of data pipelines. Experience in NoSQL database development.
