We're Hiring: Data Entry Executive (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
Location: Lebuh Pantai, Georgetown Penang
Experience: Fresh graduates / 1 year experience

What You'll Do
Handle daily processing and data entry of customer requests accurately and on time
Verify documents and ensure requests are properly authorized before processing
Escalate exceptions promptly to Team Lead/Section Head
Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Banking Secrecy, AML)
Strive for zero defects, zero losses, and zero customer complaints
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree holder
Proficiency in Chinese reading
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Team player with a proactive attitude
Willing to work beyond normal hours when required
Able to follow Singapore/Hong Kong Public Holidays schedule
