Requirements
Mandarin Data Entry/ Operation Executive - 10/11???
What you'll need to succeed:

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin & English.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• No experience required (Open for FRESH GRADUATES!)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willing to work overtime and follow Hong Kong public holidays.

Will be great if you have:

• Experienced in the Operation Executive/ Admin/ Data Entry industry is entitled to salary negotiations

Responsibilities
Working shift: 9 hours including 1 hour break (Mon to Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm)
Locations: Menara AIA Sentral (walking distance to MRT Bukit Bintang)
Salary packages: Basic + Allowances (Overtime Pay, Sport, Meal, Transport, Medical, Optical, Dental Claim)
(depends on interview performances such as language ability, working experiences, and education levels)

• Manage the full transaction cycle, including registration, enrollment, data updates, contributions, payments, transfers, claims, investments, and terminations.
• Ensure timely execution of daily operations in compliance with pension regulations and SLA standards.
• Verify data and documents to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate transaction issues, identify root causes, and resolve payment tagging errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project deliverables.
• Handle enquiries and maintain effective communication with relevant parties.
