Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input production data, inventory records, and other relevant information into the ERP/system. Update daily production output and ensure product flow is updated at each process stage. Maintain and update production control reports, schedules, and documentation. Update production flow based on daily production records and reports. Verify product quantities with QC-checked items, product sheets, and approved records. Support packing activities based on approved quantities and standard packing requirements. Organize and maintain production-related files and documentation. Coordinate with other departments (CNC, Barrel, Tooling, Press, QC, Packing, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant management. Track production progress and highlight any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Ensure all relevant data is scanned in the ERP system before shipment to proceed with invoicing. Handle emails and other administrative duties as needed. Assist in document filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. At least 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles. Experience in a manufacturing environmental is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Basic understanding of production or inventory management is preferred. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
