to join our team at the Johor Bahru branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating insurance-related information into the company's system, preparing documents, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Before reporting to the Johor Bahru branch, all new hires will undergo
a two (2) week training session at the Kuala Lumpur branch
to gain hands-on experience and a full understanding of the data entry process for insurance services.
Location:
24 Jalan Mata Kucing, Batu 5, Kampung Pasir 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately key in and update client and insurance data into the system.
Verify information and ensure all data entries are complete and error-free.
Prepare, print, and organize insurance-related documents for clients.
Maintain proper filing and record management of documents.
Liaise with agents, customers, and internal teams when necessary.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Handle all information and records with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma in any field
(Degree holders are welcome to apply).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and accurate in data entry.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to attend
two (2) week training in Kuala Lumpur
before starting work in Johor Bahru.
