Data Entry & Document Formatting Assistant cum Admin
to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, document formatting according to required standards, and providing general administrative assistance to the team.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and systems accurately.
Format manuscripts, reports, and official documents as per guidelines.
Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in preparing agreements, letters, and official correspondences.
Provide administrative support, including filing, organizing records, and scheduling.
Communicate effectively with authors, editors, and team members.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in data entry, document formatting, or administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
Good command of written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
