Job Description

The Data Entry personnel is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining procurement-related data in the company's systems. This role supports the Procurement team by ensuring all supplier, purchase, and inventory information is recorded correctly and kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update purchase orders, supplier information, and pricing data into the system. Maintain accurate records of product specifications, quotations, and procurement documents. Verify data accuracy by cross-checking with purchase requests, invoices, and supplier documents. Assist in preparing procurement reports and data summaries for management. Organize and maintain electronic files for contracts, quotations, and supplier records. Coordinate with Procurement Executives to ensure timely data updates. Track and update delivery timelines, order statuses, and product availability. Support the team with administrative tasks such as document scanning and filing.

Requirements

SPM / Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills. Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in procurement or data entry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
