Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage, validate, and update sales data across

multiple systems (SFA, DMS, DSM, ERP)

. Perform regular data audits to ensure

accuracy, consistency, and completeness

. Liaise with stake holders to

resolve data discrepancies

. Standardize data definitions, formats, and processes across

different operations

Develop and maintain

Analyzer and Power BI dashboards and reports

covering: Sales performance (by geography, channel, category, principal). Inventory, warehousing, and logistics KPIs. Finance-related sales analysis (pricing, discounts, claims). Provide

timely, accurate, and insightful reports

for stake holders. Conduct

ad-hoc data analysis

to support decision-making and problem-solving. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across

geography, channel, category, principal.

Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to

improve reporting efficiency and alignment

. Recommend and implement

process automation (RPA/ETL tools)

to reduce manual workload. Act as the

single point of contact

for data and reporting queries from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics. Support stake holders with

standardized reporting templates

. Train internal users on

SFA, Analyzer, Power BI, and reporting tools

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, Finance, or related field

. 2-4 years' experience in

sales operations, data analysis, or reporting

. Experience in

FMCG, Distribution, or Multi-Principal Sales environment

is highly desirable. Proficient in

Analyzer and Power BI

(dashboard design, DAX, data modelling). Strong SQL skills (MySQL/Postgres/SQL Server). Advanced

Excel

(pivot tables, macros, complex formulas). Knowledge of

ETL/Automation tools

(e.g., Python, RPA, Airflow, n8n) is an advantage. Understanding of

SFA/DMS/ERP systems

and data flows. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a

multi-principal environment

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
