Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to responsible for collecting, processing, modelling and analysing data to provide operation dashboard and report as well as data insights that support business decisions. This role requires strong proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Day-To-Day Activitie

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Use statistical and analytical methods to forecast outcomes and measure business performance.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
• Document processes, analysis, and methodologies for transparency and knowledge sharing.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role..
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or similar)). knowledge of programming languages such as Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
