  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
  • Must have a solid understanding of computer hardware and software, including the ability to diagnose and repair common issues.
  • The technician must be able to communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues, provide clear explanations of solutions, and advise them on the best course of action.
  • Must be able to analyse problems, evaluate solutions, and implement effective fixes quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage their workload effectively, while ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure that all components are properly installed and configured, and all issues are resolved completely.
  • Must have a strong understanding of various operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS.
  • Have knowledge of computer hardware repair and replacement such as memory, hard drives, power supply, and graphics card.
  • Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience while in the store.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and management to provide the best possible service to customers.

Tanggungjawab
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues with laptops, desktops, and other computer peripherals.
  • Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
  • Perform maintenance on computers and other equipment, such as cleaning and dusting.
  • Provide technical support to customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Advise customers on hardware and software upgrades or replacements.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in computer hardware and software.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of computer parts and accessories.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Perform data recovery and backup services for customers.
