We are seeking a highly meticulous and analytical "

Data Management Specialist" @ Balakong

to support our sales operations through structured data handling and insightful reporting.

The ideal candidate will ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance, driving critical sales and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate entry, maintenance, and management of master data within SAP and related systems (e.g., product codes, customer information, pricing structures). Liaise with the OTC Regional/Group team for SAP-related updates and issue resolution. Prepare and analyze reports such as:
o Sales Target Report

o Incentive Report

o Weekly Incoming Contracts

o Daily Incoming Reports

o Competitor Price Comparisons

o Monthly Open SO/IR Reports

o P&L and SO/DO Cancellation Reports

Support sales promotions by updating finance files and tracking progress. Maintain and govern master data accuracy (new code creation, extensions, and logistic parameters). Implement data governance standards and ensure data quality compliance across systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or a related role. Strong proficiency in SAP (including MDG), MS Excel, and analytical tools. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret large datasets into actionable insights. Experience in sales or business reporting is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
