Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

s:

• Directs comprehensive oversight of end-to-end data quality by implementing and executing data migration processes, specifically focusing on data validation, cleansing, and enrichment for designated data objects.
• Takes charge of managing and providing proper support for assigned projects and deliverables, with a particular emphasis on supporting SAP implementation projects and associated tasks.
• Proactively addresses and manages risks and issues about assigned projects and other designated deliverables.
• Assumes responsibility for data migration processes and documentation across the specified data objects.
• Manages alterations to extraction and transformation processes and tools, encompassing tasks like value mapping, data preparation, and data de-duplication.
• Plays a key role in supporting the development of the transformation framework tool, involving the design of database tables and structures, the creation of views, functions, and stored procedures, for seamless integration with other applications.
• Offers guidance on the development of changes to both new and existing load processes and tools.
• Identifies and outlines new processes and continuous improvement opportunities, particularly focusing on template processes and deliverables.
• Cultivates a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
• Collaborates closely and maintains strong relationships with internal team members, business stakeholders, and project stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in the SAP CRM (SVC/HCM) domain.
• Background in ETL data migration with 1-2 years of experience; KNIME proficiency is desirable.
• International project exposure is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively use MS Excel and MS Access, including macro and SQL language usage.
