We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Tester to join our QA team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to kick-start their career in software testing and quality assurance. You will work closely with senior testers and developers to ensure our applications perform efficiently under various conditions.


Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner. Support performance testing activities including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing. Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Document test plans, test cases, and test results. Learn and apply best practices in performance testing and software quality assurance.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Familiarity with any programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Excellent communication and teamwork abilities



Preferred (but not required):

Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases Internship or academic project experience in software testing or QA
