About the job

The Data Processing Specialist will be primarily responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the Retail Panel data including with data validation and process, maintenance of algorithms within production platforms. We also resolve ad-hoc queries and undertaking special projects which involve different levels of statistical analysis etc.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitoring and quality assuring statistical operations\' deliverables through compiling periodic tracking analyses and KPI reports.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge in relation to data quality checking algorithms and processes.
• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Identify, investigate and co-ordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries.
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best demonstrated practices
• Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction.
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues

Qualifications

About You

You\'ve dabbled in data. You\'re comfortable with Excel. While you\'ve worked with cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree majoring in Statistics or a related discipline
• Advanced PC and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel) skills
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience in SQL, R, Python would be highly regarded
• 1- 2 years\' experience in operational areas, fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
• Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
