Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate driven

Data Product Manager

to join our team. Key responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, market research and analysis, product development lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, data governance and quality, performance monitoring and optimization, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

Develop a clear vision for data products, aligning them with the overall business strategy and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify user needs to inform product development and ensure market fit. Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, launch, and ongoing iteration. Work closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Establishing and maintaining data governance policies, ensuring data quality, and promoting data literacy within the organization. Track key metrics, analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders. Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

A strong understanding of data science, data engineering, and data analysis techniques, including

proficiency in S?L, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Possess strong

data warehouse, data governance, data analytics, data processing

skills and experience. Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, user Agile methodologies. story creation, and A solid understanding of business objectives, market dynamics, and the ability to align data products with overall business goals.

Fluent in Mandarin & English (written & spoken).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
