Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Data Quality & Governance

to join our team. In this role, you will work with SQL, ETL processes, and data governance tools like

Data360

to ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable data across the organization. You will collaborate with Data Engineers and IT teams to resolve data quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective long-term solutions. This position is ideal for someone who is accountable, independent, and eager to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

High proficiency in SQL queries and programming. Develop data preparation and extraction processes from various source systems to support data quality initiatives. Configure and/or customize data quality rules within data governance tools such as

Data360

. Harvest and integrate metadata from data platforms into data governance tools. Ensure timely resolution of internal data exceptions and scheduled job errors. Prepare and execute scheduled and ad-hoc SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. Demonstrate familiarity with ETL processes (Oracle) and analytics tools such as

Microsoft Power BI

. Experience with data quality tools like

Data360

or equivalent platforms is an added advantage. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and IT Applications teams to address and resolve data quality issues. Perform root-cause analysis for data quality errors and recommend both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.

Requirements

Senior Associate level with

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

.

Desired Qualities

Strong sense of accountability. Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tools and concepts quickly. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
