Get to know the Role

As a Platform Quality Specialist within the Platform Quality team, you will lead the overall strategy of the Platform Quality team.

You will be the key go-to person for Grab\xe2\x80\x99s Platform Quality policies; you are free to explore new ideas to strengthen our policies and to enhance the experience of users on the platform

\xe2\x80\x8bDay-to-Day Activities

Provide useful insights and be responsible for mapping out strategies on Grab\xe2\x80\x99s refunds and appeasement policies

Ensure a high quality of users (driver-partner, consumer, merchant-partner) on our platform based on a set of behavioural metrics

Analyze data that is obtained based on user behaviour followed by building and executing quality frameworks to ensure a consistently smooth and enjoyable experience across our platform

Proactively identify and suggest process improvements for the Platform Quality team, providing solutions, including Automation processes to help reduce manual workload

Work closely with other teams (Strategy & Projects, Commercial, Merchant Operations, Grab Support) to execute planned out strategies and key areas of improvement

The Must Haves

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a Consulting, Strategy or Business Analyst role is required for this position

Stakeholder management and good communication skills is a MUST

Strong attention to detail is a MUST

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a MUST

SQL/Python/R programming is a huge plus

Ability to interpret data, identify gaps in the current processes, suggest methods for improvement and execute plans
