Job Description

Responsibilities:

Gather and verify all necessary information before inputting data into software programs such as Google Apps Script or Javascript. Preparing and sorting related documents/emails/information for data entry. Inputting data into database software within specified time limits and verifying the accuracy of the entered data. Maintains database requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Conduct statistical analyses and data visualization Preparing weekly reports for administrative Keep information confidential. Provide database support across departments on an ad-hoc basis. Provide occasional administrative support.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor in Applied, Applied Science, Data Science/Analyst, or equivalent. Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R Basic understanding of databases Ability to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Willing to relocate near work location (Mutiara Damansara).

Minimum internship duration of 3 Months.
