Purpose Statement:

The core objective of this role is to serve as the central system and data stewardship role for ASEAN JARVIS system for ASEAN commercial organization and various business functions leveraging JARVIS as well as to provide first level service support to its users and ensure accuracy of data from various data sources through random audits of data reconciliation from the following systems \xe2\x80\x93 SAP, SFDC (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud), Success Factor, and JARVIS \xe2\x80\x93 Sales and Marketing Dashboard. The person also maintains the right level of data dictionary, ensure the right level of data access provision to various users, and manage the compliance of data privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access management and accounts creation for ASEAN JARVIS system \xe2\x80\x93 To support the ASEAN and local teams in accounts & access management for internal users through ASEAN JARVIS System as well as IT Remedy system for internal users.
• To conduct review of accounts every 3 months for any inactivity.
• Provide first level incident management for ASEAN JARVIS system \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to support internal users on general usage of JARVIS system as well as to escalate technical issues faced by users to appropriate technical teams for resolution.
• To communicate and conduct random audit of various data from different data sources in ASEAN \xe2\x80\x93 This role is expected to provide the evidence of data reconciliation between final report and data from source system.
• Work with various JARVIS product teams to create an audit schedule that can sufficiently mitigate risks in ASEAN.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience on enterprise system such as SAP, SFDC, and Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Maintain quality of the data using internal and external customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.
• Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
• Ensure compliance and security of the data. Data stewards are responsible for protecting the data\xe2\x80\x94while providing information on potential risks and offering regulatory guidance.

Quality System Requirements:

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Essentials:

• Knowledge and working experience (preferably from the Pharma/ Medical Device industries) in data management and analytic report creation
• Knowledge and working experience in Sales Force Effectiveness Management
• Experience in SQL, Sales Cloud, Tableau or any other equivalent Software.
• Experience in distribution relationship management system will be added advantage.
• Experience of working in an International environment with multiple languages.
• Ready to work in the time zone of ASEAN countries.
• Understand Process controls and DTPS/SOPs
• Able to handle and conduct audits on external companies across ASEAN countries
• Foster a diverse workplace and participates as team player.
• Come up with improvement ideas related to his work stream.

Policy Involvement

Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect internal users of JARVIS system. Develops and/or identifies new work processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness on the usage and governance of JARVIS system. Data privacy protection of any personal identification and company sensitive data.

Operations Involvement / Direct Work Involvement

Serves as a centralized support function for local users. Investigates and solves basic problems that impact work processes or on the users. May support sales, marketing, and finance team in analytical work to improve the system as well as for data accuracy.

Project Involvement

May participate in department project teams.

Liaison

Frequently interacts on internal basis with subordinates and supervisors at equivalent level or one level higher. Communication normally involves account/access management, first level incident management as well as audits on various sale data.
