Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Efficiently create and maintain master data of customer and material in relevant system Receive request from unit responsible + Business unit on market from APAC countries will request to create and maintain master data of customer and material

Verify request (e.g.; duplicate, sufficient information, etc.) Proceed on system procedure Based on excellent understanding of system process and data governance, proceed maintenance on system (e.g.; SAP, other system modules) Trouble shoots with stakeholders + Work closely with relevant parties (e.g.; producing unit, Finance, logistics) to ensure service delivery time and quality

Focus on customer + Meet the internal/external customers requirement

Improve the efficiencies considering the customer satisfactory + Pursue efficiency and quality

Understand the service business process + Deliver the level of service

Act as team + Strong team sprit required with team itself, the unit employees and BO Roll-in team

What You Need to Succeed

Fluent level of English as main communication; Mandarin language is a plus Data maintenance experience preferred Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field Having 2-3 years of SAP exposure is preferred; as in related industry
