We are looking for a data strategy project manager who can bring balance to the business with bringing data to live. You will help with data strategy to drive alignment from the Head of Analytics & Business Insights to respective business functions.
Own It:
- Builds a profound understanding of business strategies, priorities and data related use cases.
- Responsible for understanding the needs across the organization to develop and execute the data project management.
- Scaling the data function as a new monetization opportunity.
- Guide the direction of data strategy and processes, including intake, sources, design and structure, tools and application for analytics.
- Be a champion for a data insights culture, supporting and train the organization into an insights driven organization.
- Identifies the detailed for data harmonization solution and increase the maturity of the data and analytics capabilities.
Build Trust
- Engage closely with stakeholders and proactively create business aligned data, metrics and analytics strategies.
- Mobilize and collaborate with other departments such as Technology function to ensure the success of the POS Data strategy implementation.
- Implementing analytics solutions and gaining support of multiple stakeholders.

- Lead and work with team members to effectively design, implement, operationalize and document reporting that accurately captures business requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees in both written and verbal communication.

- Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve the way of working.

- Adapt, simply and act quickly based on the business needs.
Delight Customers
- Develop and maintain a central command centre for top line management dashboard, collaborating with internal or external parties.
- Identify and strategize any opportunities to improve the process for more insightful driven.
- Effective communication on any maintenance and support.
Requirements:
For this position, it\xe2\x80\x99s helpful if you have analytical skills and that you have good communications skills. What\xe2\x80\x99s more, you bring:
- 5-7 years of Digital/Data/Tech strategy development and implementation experience.
- Well versed in SQL.
- Project management skill.
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology or projects is an added advantage.
- Data Visualization experience i.e. Power BI/Tableau.
- Python skill is an added advantage.
- Excellence skills in presenting data strategy.
- Creative thinker when developing analytics solutions, detailed oriented.
- Results-oriented mindset.
