Job Responsibilities:

System Setup & Data Structure

Design and set up structured tracking formats using Excel/Google Sheets Build formulas, validation rules, and basic dashboards for visibility Establish clear data flow for external/ non-ClickUp leads Identify gaps in current tracking and propose improvements

Reporting structure

Set up weekly/ monthly reporting formats for management Ensure data structure supports accurate reporting and analysis

Workflow & Operations Support

Assist internal teams with data preparation when required Support other operational admin tasks related to data and reporting

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in

Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science,

or related fields. At least 2-3 years experience in related field. Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Basic IT knowledge

and comfort working with digital tools, systems, and online platforms. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas, filters, data validation, dashboards. Fast learner with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and follow SOPs with minimal supervision. Detail oriented, organised, and systematic in managing tasks. Computer literate and comfortable using Slack and Google Drive, and open to learning new tools and platforms.
