Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the Team At Workday, we are expanding the Deal Management function in the region by setting up a new Team based out of Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia, that will be supporting our operations across APAC and Japan.We are looking for motivated individuals ready to learn, help our existing members structure and prepare the best deals for our clients, think together, and grow together.Ready to jump in one of the best and fastest growing SaaS company out there?About the RoleThe focus of this role will be to support our existing Team of Deal Managers: a group of 10 people spread across APAC & Japan who plans, structures, negotiates, the commercial and legal terms of every deal Workday pursues in the region.Specifically, you will be in charge of performing price calculations, running operational steps, processing and verifying contracts, while ensuring maximum speed at every step of every deal. You will work hand in hand with the Deal Managers who are facing the business, and be their partner in ensuring every deal closed with every Workday client is a success for all.Success in the role requires operational excellence (Salesforce), strong calculation and ability to navigate numbers (Microsoft Excel), a natural taste for executing tasks diligently and with precision, and above all a sense of Teamwork and communication.There is so much to do as we build up this new Team in this era of hyper-growth for Workday.
