Payroll Manager Apac Region

Job Description

As a region, we currently operate under a decentralized payroll model. We are presently in the initial stages of constructing a region-wide payroll roadmap. This roadmap addresses any necessary remediations while also outlining the longer-term operating model and platform strategy. This role will be divided into two phases. Initially, this role will focus on actively contributing to developing and implementing this roadmap, ensuring alignment with our organisational objectives and best practices in payroll management. Upon successful completion of Phase 1, this role will then continue to oversee and govern payroll processing for multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
