Description To fill up junior dealer positioin vacancy at FX Retail Desk for daily execution operation postion for 1) Counter Rates Management 2) FX Retail Sales & Servicing Key Responsibilities: FX Sales Servicing - Branches, Premier RMs, Staff Rates, Fast TT & DCI To quote special rates to walk-in customers i.e. customers with no names in our database and/or FXCL To manage Counter Rate,, Staff Rate, Direct FX & SC deals with all the operation issues pertaining to it. To assist RMs in closing out deals for FX conversions under Direct FX To liaise with partner banks overseas in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia with regards to Fast TTs To ease and simplify FX Sales Servicing tools to improve turnaround time and increase per staff profit contribution Counter Rate Management Manage daily Counter Rates activities. Quotation for Special Rates Requirements 1) Min Degree Holder - Finance preference 2) A PKMC Licensed Dealer Accreditation - A must 3) Minimum 1-3 years varied experience in product management of an established financial services institution. Strong entrepreneur with good business analytical skill, self-motivated and possess leadership building skill. Able to work under pressure to deliver target or deadlines set by superior.
