Description Primary Objective: Provide support to clients / remisiers / dealers by taking orders via call-in / manual & executing/confirming trades in Local & Foreign Equity to ensure efficient and effective support provided for business operation. Executing and monitoring duties include call in order, offline orders, force selling, trade confirmation, Direct Business Trade confirmation and execution. Administrative and support functions to ensure smooth functioning of Trading Desk Manage customers/business referred by others Key Responsibilities: Manage and handle clients / remisiers / dealers by executing local call in orders and place offline foreign orders directly with foreign brokers via phone and emails, confirm trades done to ensure all transactions are done according to clients\' instructions. Advise and update clients\' enquiries on equities in regards to news and prices to ensure business continues efficiently. Assist CCSD by executing force selling and to ensure day-to-day business operations follow standard operating procedure and guidelines. Report and update operation and management on trades done to ensure proper records are maintained and all activities complies with rules and regulations. Monitor and assist Share Trading Officers in their daily operations which includes brokerage adjustment, amalgamation of contracts, trust withdrawal, settlement of losses and purchases on due date to ensure Branch Broking Clients are serviced promptly and efficiently. Monitor and service Relationship Manager (Premier Banking) clients in their daily operations which includes brokerage adjustment, amalgamation of contracts, trust withdrawal, settlement of losses and purchases on due date to ensure Relationship Manager (Premier Banking) clients are serviced promptly and efficiently. Serve new customers/business that are referred from others. Manage and meet their needs/requirements to grow the business Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Finance, Accounting, Business Admin. Or any equivalent professional qualification.. - Equity License (SIDC Module 6 & 7) - Futures License(SIDC Module 14 & 16) Able to work night shift and on Public Holidays. Good knowledge of Securities and Futures Industries Good communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills.
