RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and improve debit card product and remittance services through innovative CVP and great client experiences * Build and lead the payment product deliverables in the fast evolving payment landscape * Launch and imp RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and improve debit card product and remittance services through innovative CVP and great client experiences Build and lead the payment product deliverables in the fast evolving payment landscape Launch and implement portfolio programs on payment usage and activation Strategy Define, manage, and execute payment strategies: Business Collaborate with technical , project team to define client journey and specific Country requirements Work closely with marketing, digital channel and sales teams to execute effective go-to market plan Review and improve operational processes to support the product and service journeys Payments & Usage: Leverage on payments capabilities to improve activation, CASA stickiness and relationship deepening Processes Be a champion for change - drive simplification in processes to deliver better client experience and cost efficiencies. Review and improve operational processes to support the product and service journeys Risk Management & Governance Identify, mitigate, monitor and resolve risk issues. Review product operations, client experience, client complains to ensure operational issues are resolved. Work closely with regulators, in-Country PMOs and Compliance to ensure the retail payment agenda and requirements are met. Ensure adherence to bank\'s values legal & compliance is top of mind during strategy and implementation. Ensure reporting requirements are met and reported in timely manner Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
