Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in power electronics manufacturing (DC-DC converters, AC-DC supplies, or related products).
• Understanding of DC/DC topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC).
• Proficiency with test equipment (electrical load, powersupply, oscilloscopes, voltage/current probes and etc.)
• Familiar with the characteristic of electrical components, such as inductor,MOSFET, capacitors and etc.
• Knowledge of electronic components and failure analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Technical writing & documentation abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hardware testing schemes and debugging methodologies.
• Ability to analyze electronic circuits and production defects.
• Speaks English fluently

Responsibilities
1. Tune voltage regulation loops and adjust other parameters for optimal performance.
2. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures (PCB defects, component stress, thermal issues).Conduct root cause analysis using: Oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, parametric testers
3. Perform hardware testing & debugging, analyzing electronic issues in production. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
4. Provide technical support/repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.
5. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
6. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Debug and optimize test setups for DC-DC modules (functional, electrical, environmental testing).
8. Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to ensure smooth product transitions from prototype to mass production.
