Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure accurate customs documentation and declaration processes
- To liaise with Kastam Malaysia for the declaration and clearance of goods for inbound/outbound
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Customs Act and related regulations
- Assist in delivery and submission of proper paperwork to the authority to ensure the import/export shipment is smooth
- Maintain strong and productive working relations with key clients, carriers, customs
- Follow-up closely with requirements and changes needed in custom forwarding
- Monitor shipping schedules, port operations, and document submissions
- Ensure all declarations are done via eDeclare, SMK, or uCustoms
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal audits
- Min 1 years experience in freight forwarding/shipping industry operations
- Experience in custom liaison, understanding of SOP and regulations
- Able to coordinate, follow-up and maintain cordial relationship with the external parties
- Familiar with Custom Declaration & Formalities
- Basic Knowledge On HS Codes
- Possess own transport, able to travel within klang valley
