Prepare and submit Import & Export declarations through the relevant customs systems
Prepare and submit customs forms (e.g., K1, K2, K3, ZB1, ZB2, etc) for import and export shipments
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operational daily work
Ensure that all documentation comply with Malaysian customs laws and regulations
Resolve customs related queries, discrepancies or inspection issues promptly
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documents and data entry that all data entry and submission paperwork is complete and accurate and timely submission
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and coordinate with internal department
Any other responsibility as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management
Job Requirements
Minimum diploma/ Bachelor degree qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain , Business Administration or any field
At least 2-4 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding operations
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong communication skills
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (added advantage) (verbal and written)
