To reduce defects in process/equipment for the purpose of line yield, sort yield and reliability improvement.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for process defect pareto and indices.
Champion/participate in defect reduction program for yield and reliability improvement.
Troubleshooting defect excursions.
Process flow segmentation to introduce inspection steps at critical process.
Yield forecast/modeling base on defect point of view.
Responsible for defect review limits, SPC trending, specifications and disposition procedures.
Create and optimize inspection and review tool recipes.
Participate in recipe quality improvement tasks.
Champion/participate in tool capacity improvement projects.
Provide support to Manufacturing.
Participate in equipment acquisition process - EE and PE release.
Supervise, train and coach Engineers, Associate Engineers and Manufacturing personnel.
Participate in cost reduction activities.
To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste).
To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying to the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.
Any other assignment deems fit that shall be given to you from time to time.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Science with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
