Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch to ensure operational efficiency and minimize losses.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments to promptly resolve parcel and delivery-related issues.
Verify customer details for accuracy and ensure timely, precise processing according to operational procedures.
Prepare and analyze
daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
, including undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and corrective actions.
Compile and monitor
branch-level financial reports
, such as daily revenue summaries, to assess overall performance.
Stay updated with the latest logistics technologies and best practices to improve workflows and efficiency.
Support branch supervisors or management with additional operational tasks and special projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
SPM qualification
or
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
, or a related field.
At least
1 year of experience
in warehouse, courier, or logistics operations.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, especially
Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Strong communication skills; fluency in
English or Chinese
