Work you will do

Our Delivery Centre (DC) team supports the growth of our business with offshore operations and transitioning activities to multiple lower cost locations through our Global Delivery Centre network. DC Operations encompasses the processes, governance and tools used to plan, prioritise, and manage/execute projects and programs.

This is a critical team with Executive visibility as the DC strategy is critical to the growth of our business. The DC Operations team ensures the efficient operation of scaling our businesses in locations throughout the region, by reporting on financial benefits, creating transparency to the CEO and Executive, as well as tracking deliverables and timeframes. The role is to assist the Partner with driving key regional initiatives, executive communications, governance support, reporting, adoption target monitoring, financial and non financial benefits analysis, day to day planning, prioritisation, and delivery.

The team is responsible for:

  • Driving Delivery Centre adoption across the region
  • Executive and Board level reporting
  • Financial benefits and investments analysis
  • Working with all regional DCs to ensure alignment and transparency on capabilities and plans
  • Supporting business units in meeting adoption targets
  • DC Forums and governance leadership and facilitation
  • Developing a streamlined process for quarterly reporting, automating activities where possible
  • Project management
  • Risk and issue management
The role will involve the following:
  • Supporting the Asia Pacific DC lead partner in driving Delivery Centre adoption across the region
  • Facilitating collaboration between the various country leaders and offshore offices
  • Producing and distributing all reporting and communications on offshore operations
  • Facilitating collaboration between the country and business leaders with offshore teams to drive optimal outcomes
  • Developing presentation materials and program reporting for various governance forums including the Asia Pacific Executive and Board
  • Management and oversight of adhoc projects and processes requiring process improvement, including liaison with technology, risk and legal stakeholders
  • Supporting the Partner in the execution of key projects, including managing stakeholders, gathering requirements and managing timeframes
  • Supporting the Partner as required

If you are someone with:
  • Completion of a tertiary qualification in a related field and/or adequate experience in a similar environment and role (essential)
  • Minimum 10 years proven record in similar capacity in a Consulting environment
  • Project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and business skills
  • Experience in a Professional Services firm and an understanding, or willingness to learn, about Professional Services Firm
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of business processes, technology and change elements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with business representatives
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities within tight time frames
  • Ability to operate in an often rapidly changing environment; demonstrated flexibility in approach and attitude
  • Competent in use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
  • Finance, or financial reporting experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, driven individual who can work autonomously yet still work well in a team environment
