Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. - Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of both yourself and others on the road. - Responsible for loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. - Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly. - Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. - Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure the fleet is in optimal working condition. - Keep accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any issues encountered. Qualifications: Valid GDL or Class E driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver, with a track record of safe and efficient driving. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines. Customer-focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights. High school diploma or equivalent.
